The ReconCell project (reconfigurable automated assembly workcell) has announced an extention to the deadline for its open call. Applicatants now have until 22 March to submit proposals.

This call concerns robot assembly experiments in a reconfigurable workcell (see call details). Priority will be given to experiments driven by the requirements of manufacturing SMEs. ReconCell invites all manufacturing SMEs to apply for the open call. All SMEs that meet EU criteria for participation in the project will be evaluated. The main evaluation criteria will be quality and efficiency of implementation as well as potential industrial impact. The timeframe for the experiment will be up to 3 Months, with a financial framework of up to € 85,000 allocated for supporting the SME´s participation in each experiment.

This open call is an opportunity for SMEs to participate in an existing European project, thereby gaining both experience and knowledge while extending its network and sharing its expertise.
