25 & 27 September: World Manufacturing Forum
The World Manufacturing Forum (WMF) is an annual international conference which seeks to raise awareness and seek cooperative solutions to global manufacturing challenges through discovery, dialogue, and sharing of best practices between government, manufacturing, and innovation leaders. The 2019 edition will take place on 25 & 27 September in Cernobbio, Italy. The motto of this year’s edition is “New Skills for Future Manufacturing”.
WMF is an open platform that aims to enhance and spread industrial culture worldwide, as a means to ensure economic equity and sustainable development.
The first day will focus on the strength of worldwide industrial policies within digital manufacturing changes, as well as Skills Gaps and Global Education System Across Various Manufacturing Industries.
The second day will focus on Policy Framework for Industrial Skills Development in Emerging Countries, and Disruptive Technologies to Enrich the Digital Transformation Journey.
Participants will include high-level represenatives of all sizes of industrial enterprises, research, academia and policy from across the globe.
